Letter of Invitation:
afrom a hosting authorized Russian travel agency or a hotel, registered with the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a voucher from your hotel or travel agency in Russia

A cover letter
from yourself, containing the following information:

1. Applicant’s name or alphabetical list of a group
2. Dates and points of arrival and departure in and from Russia and means of transportation
3. Itinerary in Russia

1. In your application if you don’t have the answer right “Not Applicable”
2. The visa application form MUST be printed on one sheet of paper, front and back
3. Passport must have a minimum of two (2) complete blank visa pages to stamp the visa , remember the last three (3) pages are not visa pages and it will not be accepted
4. Russian tourist visa applications are accepted only within 90 days of the proposed entry date to Russia. Please apply only within 90 days of the date of travel

Business letter
An original letter from the company given to the applicant who is applying for visa ,The letter should be printed on company letterhead stationery, addressed to the Embassy of Russia and signed by a senior manager

This letter must offer:

1. Introduce the applicant,( employment status/position held in the company)
2. The purpose of visit
3. Nature of business of the U.S. Company
4. Name, address and Nature of business of the Russian company to be contacted in Russia
5. Guarantee of sufficient funds for travel

HIV (AIDS) Test Certificate:
If you apply for multiple entry visas, you must submit an HIV Test Certificate. Single or double entry visa is not required.
